Since I've been freelancing part-time the past five months, Sadie and I enjoy our Mondays and Fridays to spend together. Christmas is so magical in the city and Sadie has been loving all things Christmas. So, despite the chilly temperatures outside, we've been making our way to all the beautiful Christmas trees, holiday decorations and shops before we head out to soak up some Hawaiian sun. This afternoon we strolled over to Rockefeller Center to check out THE tree, took part in preschool story time at the New York Public Library, and enjoyed the holiday shops, watching ice skaters and a little sweet treat at Bryant Park. On the way home we grabbed dinner at Cosi to thaw out a bit since Brett had a client dinner.
